RETURNS AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION Prior to returning parts for any reason, you must contact our sales department (320-395-8334) and obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Return parts will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. The packing list must be included. Items being returned must be in new and saleable condition and purchased from Dealsinapinch within the preceding twelve months.
CANCELLED ORDERS Orders cannot be cancelled or changed in any way after they are entered in our system. A return (RGA) will be issued after customer receipt of the order.
